This reminds me of the longstanding debate and question: gloves or mittens? <\/span><\/div>\n
As a glove guru, I\u2019ll mention the pros and cons. <\/span><\/div>\n

Mittens pros:<\/span><\/div>\n
Hands down, mittens are warmer. <\/span><\/div>\n
Gloves expose more surface area of the hand to cold air, as pointed out by the Harvard College. Link. <\/a>http:\/\/outreach.mcb.harvard.edu\/animations\/branching3.swf<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Mittens cons:<\/span><\/div>\n
Dexterity: such as zippers, or having to remove your gloves every time you need to send a text or read an email. <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The other con is style but the New York Times noted, in winter sports attire, the mitten has been making a \u201csignificant inroad against its venerable rival, the glove.\u201d Link.<\/a> <\/span><\/div>\n
