Payment
By credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can safely enter your credit card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Once the transaction is completed we do not retain your confidential information.
By check or money order
We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, simply select "Check" in the shopping cart. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be provided with an address to which to send payment. Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. We cannot process checks over the telephone.
Shipping & delivery
We ship most orders in 1-3 business days. We use all major mail carriers to ship orders including UPS, FedEx, and USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on conditions, we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice.
Standard Shipping:
Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 3-5 business days from the day they are ordered. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations.
Expedited Shipping (Air):
We offer Next Day and 2 Day shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. Air shipments are shipped same day for completed orders before 2 p.m. ET Monday - Friday; otherwise orders completed after 2 p.m. and on weekends are shipped the next business day. Saturday deliveries are not available to some locations. Call us if you need a Saturday delivery.
PO Box Shipping
Most items can be shipped to a PO Box, If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to provide a physical shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping
Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations. Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10 days after they ship.
International Shipping
We ship to most International locations and U.S. Territories.
Duties and Taxes on International Shipments
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your orders that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.
Rates
Rates are calculated in real time by USPS and by weight for UPS. Rates will be calculated during order processing. The "actual" rate will be shown prior to completing your purchase.

Gift wrapping
On gift orders, we will imprint your name and message on a gift card (omitting prices) and send confirmation to you. We wrap your gift in tissue, pack in a glossy gift box and enclose a gift card bearing your message. A broad ribbon and seal will complete the festive look.
Returns
Our exchange and return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of gloves in its original condition, or any gloves you didn't enjoy or wanted to exchange for a different size. To return any gloves, except special ordered or special made gloves, no call is required. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the address indicated below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
